Pineapple Chill

The perfect summer cocktails. It's sweet, it’s sour, it’s fruity, heck you can even make it spicy or smokey.

Ingredients
30ml Gin of your choice. Nothing fancy, Gordon's will do the job.
15ml Campari
15ml Agave syrup
30ml Lime
60ml Pineapple juice
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
Add all ingrediants to a shaker, fill with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Fill a lowball glass with ice, pour the drink and top off with Soda.
You can optionally add a drop of tabasco to add a spicy aftertaste. Alternatively, replace the Gin with Mezcal to give the drink smokey notes.
Cool!
